Clean room, convenient location, with free Wi-Fi provided in the room and a 24-hour reception making my stay hassle-free as I could easily explore nearby attractions and enjoy relaxation options like massage and laundry services.

No issues

Location near Kawasaki station made it super easy to get to both Tokyo and Yokohama. Room was clean, bright, and comfortably furnished, featuring great amenities like a drying rack and an electric kettle. I really enjoyed the convenient laundromat with the option to pay online – no need to fuss with coins! However, the elevator felt a bit slow during peak hours, and I found the pillows somewhat firm, which made it a little tough to get a good night's sleep. Otherwise, everything else in the hotel was well-kept.

Kawasaki is a culinary delight! I found eateries like Hinoya Curry just around the corner, serving up some killer curry bowls, and Seafood Kitchen Totopoppo offered fresh dishes that totally hit the spot. Plus, the staff were super accommodating, making my solo adventure even smoother!

On the flip side, the bath plug had hair on it when I checked in and the hangers were a bit moldy. Soft pillows? Yeah, they were tucked away in the closet—who does that?

Getting the correct location was a hassle!!! The staff's interference during the automatic check-in felt unnecessary!!! Better communication on luggage delivery procedures would prevent irritating situations!!!

Big hype, little substance

While this hotel offers a warm atmosphere and some delightful amenities, like bath salts and comfortable PJs, it lacks the sparkle expected from its reputation. The mattress firmness and cleanliness could use improvement. Plus, the location is great, yet the small room size might not satisfy everyone.

i was absolutely shocked that the pillows were as hard as rocks, not a soft cloud to be found. And don’t get me started on the breakfast. limited options, really? i expected at least a complimentary upgrade for my trouble. just a little appreciation would have been nice, but apparently that’s too much to ask here.

staying at sotetsu fresa inn was great! the location is perfect, just a short taxi ride to haneda airport. my room was spacious and clean, and the laundromat was super convenient, allowing online payments. there are so many restaurants and convenience stores nearby too. i really enjoyed my stay.
